The standard ranking of the world's tallest buildings is decided by architectural top - the highest structural element, including spires and decorative steel that no occupant reaches. The Honest 100 uses the highest occupied floor instead. The same 100 buildings. A different order. The delta between the two ranks is the Vanity Ratio.
